Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Occupational Therapist at GRG Health. The Occupational Therapist will provide specialized clinical input on rehabilitation programs, treatment protocols, and patient-centered care models, with a focus on functional outcomes. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting the development of evidence-based tools and guidelines, and ensuring that clinical recommendations align with best practices in medicine and rehabilitation. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in virtual meetings, documentation, and quality assurance processes to help shape healthcare intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices to diverse patient populations.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to therapeutic interventions and interdisciplinary care.
  • Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including assessment and intervention for children with developmental or functional needs.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear clinical documentation and effective collaboration with cross-functional, remote teams.
  • Licensed or certified Occupational Therapist (or equivalent credential) in relevant jurisdiction.
  • Prior experience in clinical practice, healthcare research, or advisory roles is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; familiarity with data-driven or evidence-based healthcare environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and meet project timelines in a remote setting.
