Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist Team Leader
We are seeking a forward-thinking Occupational Therapist Team Leader for our community occupational therapy stroke service within the Angus Health & Social Care Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role supporting the continued development of stroke rehabilitation pathways across Angus and helping people achieve the outcomes that matter most to them post stroke.
Role Overview
As Team Lead, you will combine clinical practice with leadership and service development responsibilities, work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues across health and social care settings. You will provide professional leadership and support to Occupational Therapy staff, champion innovation and quality improvement, and contribute to the delivery of person-centred stroke rehabilitation services including early supported discharge.

You Will Be
- A HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with substantial post-registration experience.
- An effective and inspiring leader who is passionate about developing people and services.
- Experienced in stroke and/or neuro rehabilitation and supporting people with complex needs.
- Committed to delivering high standards of professional practice and clinical excellence.
- An excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated to influence change and help shape future service delivery for stroke rehabilitation.
