Occupational Therapist – West London
£28–£32 per hour | 3 Days per Week | Ongoing Contract
📍 Location: West London, W5
💷 Rate: £28–£32 per hour, depending on experience

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can make a genuine difference to children and young people?
We are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and established multidisciplinary team working with children and young people with additional needs across educational settings in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT with paediatric experience who enjoys working collaboratively with schools, families and other professionals to help young people develop their independence, confidence and everyday functional skills.
The Role
As part of the therapy team, you will:
- Carry out functional, sensory and occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy programmes.
- Support children with sensory processing, motor coordination, self-care and functional independence.
- Work closely with teachers, families and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide practical strategies, advice and training to education staff and parents.
- Produce clear, high-quality assessment reports and therapy recommendations.
- Contribute to EHCP assessments, reviews and wider therapeutic planning where required.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions to achieve meaningful outcomes for each young person.

About You
We would love to hear from Occupational Therapists who have:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Previous experience within education, SEN, paediatrics or community services.
- A good understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and sensory processing needs.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider multidisciplinary team.
