Occupational Therapy Assistant
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents in maintaining independence within their own homes.
Working under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, you’ll help assess the needs of individuals with disabilities and those experiencing challenges with daily living activities. Your role will focus on identifying practical solutions and delivering interventions that enable people to live safely and independently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting assessments of residents with lower-level needs in the community
- Providing advice, guidance, and practical solutions to support daily living
- Recommending and arranging simple equipment and minor adaptations
- Assisting with referrals for more complex or major adaptations
- Working closely with Occupational Therapists to deliver effective support plans
