About The Role
With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our ocean freight team to support our growing business. Ideally the successful candidate will have had a taste of customer service and operations in ocean freight and is now looking for an opportunity to join a truly global supply chain business that will tailor a development path for success whilst proudly representing the Mainfreight brand and culture that we are so proud of!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in our new London ocean freight branch, this role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of both import and export shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything in between including; liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches, shipping lines, customers, all with service at the front of mind.
