Are you passionate about helping Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) innovate, scale, and accelerate growth with Cloud and AI? Do you thrive on building strategic partnerships that enable software companies to bring innovative solutions to market? If so, this is your opportunity to join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), one of the fastest-growing cloud businesses in the industry.

At Oracle, we partner with the world's leading software companies to build, modernize, and scale next-generation applications on OCI. By combining industry-leading cloud infrastructure with AI, data, and cloud-native technologies, we help ISVs accelerate product innovation, optimize performance, reduce costs, and deliver differentiated customer experiences.

We're looking for ambitious, partner-focused sales professionals who are passionate about building long-term relationships with software providers, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving the adoption of OCI and Generative AI. In this role, you'll work alongside ISVs to accelerate cloud transformation, expand their market reach through Oracle's partner ecosystem and Oracle Cloud Marketplace, and create joint success for our customers and partners.

What you will do

As an OCI ISV Growth Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and growing strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). You will help software providers build, modernize, and scale their applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), leveraging Oracle's AI, cloud-native services, and global infrastructure.

You will collaborate with partners throughout their cloud journey—from application modernization and AI innovation to joint go-to-market execution—helping them unlock new revenue opportunities while driving OCI consumption and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new OCI adoption, partner growth, and cloud consumption across a portfolio of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for ISVs to build, migrate, modernize, and scale SaaS applications on OCI using AI, Data Platform, and Cloud Native services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that accelerate OCI adoption, workload migration, and partner growth while achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with ISV executives, product leaders, engineering teams, and cloud architects to understand business priorities and product roadmaps.
  • Position OCI as the preferred cloud platform for AI innovation, application modernization, global expansion, and enterprise-grade performance.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Partner Success, Customer Success, Marketing, Alliances, and OCI specialists to deliver technical enablement, successful onboarding, and partner success.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives by leveraging Oracle's partner ecosystem, Oracle Cloud Marketplace, and co-sell programs to expand ISV reach and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity progression using Oracle sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
  • Stay current on cloud technologies, AI innovation, ISV market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging software development practices.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture focused on innovation, ecosystem growth, and customer success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
