We are looking for an OCM and Org Design Analyst for one of our clients.
Fully Remote + potential client site trips in the UK
Minimum 6 month contract (potential for 12 months)
Outside of IR35
Start ASAP
Organisational Change Management (OCM):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan aligned to the ServiceNow implementation roadmap / delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments across affected business units.
- Define and track adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics; report on change readiness and adoption KPIs.
- Lead go-live and hypercare change support, including issue triage related to adoption and user experience.
- Serve as a key member of the program leadership team, providing OCM and operating model expertise to steering committees and executive sponsors.
- Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow technical implementation team (architects, developers, business analysts) to ensure change and design workstreams are integrated with the technical delivery plan.
- PMO experience.

Operating Model Redesign
- Design the future-state target operating model enabled by ServiceNow, including role redefinition, process re-engineering, governance structures, and service delivery models.
- Develop transition plans (people, process, technology) to move from current to future state, including workforce transition, reskilling, and resourcing plans.
- Align operating model design with ServiceNow platform capabilities, ensuring process and organizational design decisions are technically feasible and scalable.
