Organisation Development Manager - Transformation

£70,000 | FTC

Ready to shape how a major organisation works for the future? We're looking for an Organisation Development Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme and help shape new ways of working across the business.

This is a hands-on, high-impact OD role working closely with senior stakeholders and the HRBP team. You'll take ownership of key initiatives, influence how teams operate and make sure new ways of working move from strategy into reality.

About you

You're an experienced OD / Organisation Design professional who knows how to turn big-picture thinking into practical change.

You'll ideally have:

  • Around 5 years' experience in OD, Organisation Design or Organisation Change
  • Experience within a large corporate or consultancy
  • Strong Organisation Design and transformation experience
  • Experience with TOM, Ways of Working or organisational effectiveness
  • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong project delivery skills
  • The ability to connect the dots, challenge thinking and bring people with you
  • A pragmatic, commercially minded approach - you're comfortable getting stuck in and making things happen
