Job Description
£27,274 - £32,046 per annum pro rata (Career Grade 3-4)
Based in Lowestoft, NR33 0EQ or Melton, IP12 1RT (with home working)
20 hours per week (over 4-5 days)

Your role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Organisational Development Support Officer to join our friendly team. Working closely with our Organisational Development Advisor, you will provide comprehensive administrative support in relation to East Suffolk Council’s Organisational Development activity.
You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end process for our staff, from organising training courses and coordinating arrangements. As part of this, you will administer and monitor our Learning self-service system, be the first point of contact for initial Learning related enquiries, and maintain learning records.
You will also be involved with e-learning administrative requirements, including; running reports and monitoring completion of mandatory training.
The majority of our teams are working in an agile way, with a mixture of home and office working, depending on individual preferences and service requirements. What You Will Need
You will be a collaborative team member with excellent organisational and customer service skills, alongside a strong aptitude for IT and HR systems. You will be able to work effectively under pressure, managing changing and sometimes competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment is essential.
