Odoo Developer – Contract - Outside IR35
Initial six-month contract
Predominantly remote – ideally one day per week in London
We’re working with a growing technology-led organisation that is looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to support the continued development of its internal business platform.
You’ll join an established Business Systems team and take ownership of hands-on development across its Odoo Enterprise environment. This will involve delivering new functionality, improving existing solutions, supporting third-party integrations and investigating technical issues affecting the live platform.

The business has a defined pipeline of work, so they need someone who can become productive quickly, work independently and take assignments through development, testing and release.
Key experience:
- Strong commercial Odoo development experience
- Experience delivering bespoke Odoo modules and enhancements
- Strong Python and Odoo ORM knowledge
- Experience with XML, QWeb and OWL
- Familiarity with modern versions of Odoo, ideally version 17 or newer
- Experience working with Odoo.sh or a similar deployment setup
- Integration experience with external platforms and APIs
- Confident working with Git and structured release processes
- The ability to investigate issues and make sensible technical decisions independently
- Clear communication and documentation skills

Experience working with multi-company, multi-currency or international Odoo configurations would be particularly valuable. Exposure to localisation and statutory e-invoicing requirements, such as Peppol or French e-invoicing, would also be advantageous.
