OEM Account Manager

We're recruiting an OEM Account Manager for a well-established distributor of industrial automation and control products.

This is a remote position and will be handling 10 to 15 pre-existing established accounts in the East Midlands, with the purpose of maximising the profitability of each account and ensuring a fruitful working relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth: Business development, continued growth and full implementation of the OEM teams accounts, turning strategy into results and profitability.
  • Own the funnel: Keep the CRM buzzing with activity, tracking and driving opportunities forward at pace and showcasing progress through CRM
  • Collaborate to win: Work seamlessly with all internal /external stakeholders on joint opportunities to maximise outcomes.
  • Show your edge: Sell tailored, value driven business solutions that solve real OEM problems.
  • Be the trusted advisor: Earn trusted advisor status by forging deep, value-driven partnerships with OEM customers.
  • Balance & deliver: Manage priorities in both ‘pre’(target) and ‘post’(wins) accounts, ensuring no momentum is lost and maximum value is delivered consistently.
  • Step up when needed: Support departmental, project, or developmental initiatives beyond your core remit.
  • Own your success: Own the success and profitability of your OEM’s, driving growth end to end, from CRM management to stakeholder engagement to meeting targets and delivering profitable growth, you’ll take full accountability for developing and growing your customers.
  • Own your personal growth: Take charge of your development journey and actively shape performance and career success.
