Job Description:
This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
About the role
As the OEM FWS & Incentive Marketing Lead - Europe, you will play a meaningful role in accelerating growth across our OEM Fleet Workshop Solutions (FWS) business. You will be responsible for developing compelling customer offers, leading promotional and incentive strategies, and ensuring flawless execution across multiple European markets.
This is a highly transparent role requiring strong commercial foresight, project leadership, and customer management skills. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, agencies, and regional teams, you will develop and deliver programmes that drive customer engagement, market share growth, profitability, and brand transparency.
What you'll be doing
Offer Development & Commercial Planning
- Lead development of the annual OEM FWS offer strategy and ASP plan across European markets.
- Define and recommend customer offers that support market share, volume, and gross margin objectives.
- Ensure all contractually committed marketing activities are delivered on time and in full.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity, adapting offers and programmes to maximise business performance.
Promotional & Incentive Programme Leadership
- Develop and implement data-driven promotional and incentive campaigns that drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Own and maintain the European promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing priorities.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into differentiated promotional mechanics and customer propositions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programmes optimally from concept through launch and post-campaign evaluation.
- Ensure launch readiness through meticulous validation of mechanics, assets, systems, and terms & conditions.
- Foster a "first-time right" approach to execution.

Performance & Governance
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation of promotional and incentive activities.
- Evaluate return on investment and business impact, using insights to continuously improve programme efficiency.
- Manage promotional and incentive budgets to ensure efficient investment and strong returns.
- Act as the key point of accountability for programme performance, customer alignment, risks, and opportunities.
What we're looking for
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, or a related commercial function.
- Proven experience developing and driving promotional programmes, incentive campaigns, customer offers, or channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong customer and channel management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading sophisticated, cross-functional projects across multiple markets.
- Experience influencing senior partners and driving commercial outcomes.
- Budget management and value accountability experience.
