About Us

Established in 2012, Omnia Projects is a respected specialist in T&D engineering, project management and technical assurance. With over 110 staff the company has delivered critical infrastructure for clients including National Grid, helping to shape the UK’s evolving energy system.

Omnia Projects brings deep expertise across the full energy project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept design through to commissioning and operation, helping clients navigate the growing complexity of the UK’s energy landscape. The addition of Omnia Projects strengthens Egis’ strategy to deliver a fully integrated service offering in the sector. It enhances capabilities in civil and structural engineering, protection and control and project delivery services for high-voltage substations and overhead line and cable design, creating a broader service offering for clients involved in energy transition and grid modernisation.

About The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support our project managers and clients with the development and management of projects from concept and design, through project delivery and finally on to financial close. Projects are varied in size and scale with some at the forefront of the UK's drive to decarbonise the power industry. You will be part of a multi-disciplined team ensuring the commercial aspects of the projects are appropriately managed to the highest quality and in accordance with the client, stakeholder and/or regulatory requirements. You will support our Project Managers with contract management activities, predominately using the NEC3 and NEC4 form of contract and occasionally FIDIC based construction contracts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
