Our Off-Cycle Internship Programme

Our Off-Cycle Internship Programme is designed to give talented students a genuine, hands-on experience of investment banking from day one — with a structured training programme, real deal exposure and the support to develop quickly.

You will work on live projects, build your professional network and develop the analytical, relationship and client-facing skills that form the foundation of a career in investment banking.

We have a strong track record of converting top-performing interns into full-time analyst positions — a genuine pathway to a permanent role for those who excel.

You will work alongside senior bankers on a range of transactions and advisory assignments, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side) and capital advisory. As part of a sector and deal team, you will develop the analytical, relationship and client-facing skills needed to build a strong foundation for your career in investment banking.

We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that stimulates, rewards, and supports your growth.

Please note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a Superday in London on Monday 23rd October 2026. Please ensure you are available on this date before submitting your application.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
