Intern – Venture Capital / Real Estate / Family Office & Investment Management
Bachelor student or recent graduate | German speaker
Global Support Capital is a multi-family office partnering with select investors, high-profile entrepreneurs, and institutional networks to back high-potential technology startups and growth-stage companies across Western Europe, North America, and MENA.
We invest through direct deals, SPVs, and fund structures in sectors reshaping the global economy — including artificial intelligence, healthcare & medtech, enterprise software, fintech, energy, defence & security, space technology, and emerging industries. Our work spans venture capital, investment management, portfolio support, and strategic advisory, grounded in trust, transparency, and long-term alignment.
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern (Bachelor student or recent graduate) who speaks German (ideally as a primary or strong working language) and has a genuine interest in venture capital, family office work, investment management, sales/outreach, and real estate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
