Off-page SEO Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Off-page SEO Specialist based in United Kingdom.
Join a fast-paced marketing environment where data, strategy, and innovation come together to drive organic growth across international markets. In this role, you will lead impactful off-page SEO initiatives, helping strengthen online visibility and search performance through scalable backlink strategies and relationship building. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the expansion of global SEO efforts while exploring new outreach techniques and AI-powered workflows. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who enjoys ownership, continuous optimization, and delivering measurable business results in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end off-page SEO initiatives across multiple international markets to improve organic search performance.
- Develop and execute scalable backlink acquisition strategies that increase keyword rankings, domain authority, and online visibility.
- Research, evaluate, and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through strategic outreach and long-term relationship building with publishers and website owners.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new opportunities to strengthen SEO performance.
- Monitor backlink quality, identify potentially harmful links, and proactively mitigate off-page SEO risks.
- Prioritize SEO initiatives using performance data, business impact, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize organic growth and align SEO efforts with broader business objectives.
- Continuously test new outreach approaches, AI-assisted workflows, and industry best practices while helping improve scalable SEO processes for global expansion.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional SEO experience, with a strong specialization in off-page SEO.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings through high-quality backlink acquisition and outreach strategies.
- Solid understanding of Google's ranking algorithms and modern off-page SEO best practices.
- Experience managing SEO projects across multiple countries, languages, or international markets.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Similarweb, or equivalent platforms for backlink analysis and performance monitoring.
- Excellent outreach, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with AI-assisted outreach, agency or freelancer management, e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or international SEO expansion is considered an advantage.
