Brief summary
We are looking for experienced Red Team Operators, Offensive Security Consultants, and Security Researchers to join a specialist cyber security team.
We are supporting a specialist UK cyber security organisation seeking an experienced Red Team Operator to deliver sophisticated adversary simulation and offensive security operations against mature targets.

- Planning and executing multi-stage red team engagements
- Developing custom TTPs to bypass modern defensive tooling
- Building bespoke offensive tooling and implants
- Supporting operations from initial access through to defined objectives
- Conducting threat intelligence-led assessments
- Communicating technical findings clearly to different audiences
We are looking for experience in:
- Full-scope red team operations rather than solely penetration testing
- Offensive development using C, C#, C++, Rust, Go, or Python
- Windows and Linux security, authentication, and trust relationships
- EDR/XDR evasion and detection logic
- C2 frameworks and operational security
- Initial access, lateral movement, and privilege escalation

Cloud, physical security, and social-engineering experience would be advantageous.
Candidates must be eligible and willing to be eligible to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV).
Existing e-DV clearance would be beneficial but is not essential.
