The Role

At Littlefish Group, we're looking for an experienced Offensive Security Consultant to join our growing cyber security practice.

This is an opportunity to work alongside highly skilled security professionals, delivering a variety of penetration testing engagements for clients across multiple sectors. You'll play a key role in helping organisations strengthen their security posture through high-quality offensive security assessments, whilst continuing to develop your own technical expertise within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You will be:

  • Delivering web application and API penetration testing engagements
  • Conducting internal and external network penetration testing
  • Leading client-facing security assessments and technical consultancy engagements
  • Producing detailed technical reports and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Supporting project scoping, proposal development and pre-sales activities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of offensive security methodologies and processes
  • Staying up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and attack techniques

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • CREST CRT, OSCP, CRTO, OSWE, CSTM or CTM certifications
  • Azure and/or AWS security assessment experience
  • Secure code review experience
  • Mobile application testing experience
  • Research contributions or involvement with CVE submissions
  • IoT or thick client testing experience

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience within Offensive Security Consultancy
  • Experience delivering web application, API and network penetration testing engagements
  • Strong knowledge of OWASP methodologies and application security principles
  • Technical knowledge across Windows, Linux, networking protocols and application security
  • Experience supporting scoping activities and pre-sales engagements
  • Excellent report writing and client communication skills
  • Experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Rust, C++ or C#
