Offering Director - Digital Marketplace / StoreFront

Contract role

London- home-based

Our client is seeking an experienced Offering Director to lead the growth and performance of a global digital StoreFront platform. This role will be responsible for driving commercial success through product availability, pricing strategy, promotional activity, catalogue optimisation, and customer experience improvements.

Working closely with commercial, marketing, product, technology, and operations teams, you will own the StoreFront roadmap, oversee product onboarding and governance, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the StoreFront strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial and growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, promotional, and catalogue management strategies.
  • Manage the onboarding, governance, and performance of products and offerings available through the StoreFront.
  • Optimise product listings, content, and taxonomy to improve discoverability and customer adoption.
  • Monitor and report on key commercial and operational KPIs.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, platform performance, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the StoreFront experience and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and operational processes.
  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
  • 3-5+ years' experience managing an online StoreFront, digital marketplace, e-commerce platform, or similar commercial offering.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, promotions, revenue growth, and margin optimisation.
  • Experience managing product catalogues, listings, and taxonomy structures.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proven programme or project management experience.
  • Experience developing, measuring, and reporting on KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
