Join us as an Offering Manager, Investment Products & Solutions
You’ll shape and lead the strategic direction of the Investment Products & Solutions (IP&S) proposition, securing alignment with business objectives and evolving client needs.
You’ll drive critical design decisions across fund ranges, portfolio solutions and risk profiles, strengthening differentiation and maintaining a competitive market position.
Gain the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor on complex investment and proposition matters, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping high‑impact strategic decisions across the business.
This role will be available until 19th March 2027.
You will work from home some of the time with the expectation to be in the London office 2 - 3 times per week.
What you’ll do
As our Offering Manager, Investment Products & Solutions, you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of the IP&S offering within the Client Solutions function. You’ll take ownership of key performance indicators and strategic milestones, shaping a compelling and differentiated investment proposition that meets the evolving needs of clients across NatWest Group.
Along with this, you’ll drive complex, high-impact initiatives across the IP&S platform, spanning regulatory change, product innovation, and market expansion. Operating as a recognised expert, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to advise on complex investment and proposition matters, helping shape strategic direction and decision-making.

You’ll also be:
- Leading the evolution of the IP&S product suite, managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major change and innovation initiatives
- Driving integration across client segments and business units, making sure activity is aligned strategically and operationally across the platform
- Leading a developing team of specialists, setting clear direction and enabling delivery of key components of the investment proposition
- Contributing to thought leadership as a recognised industry expert and representing NatWest Group in external forums where appropriate
- Driving continuous improvement, using benchmarking, competitor analysis, and client insight to keep the proposition competitive and market-leading
- Partnering with risk and control functions, including first and second Line of defence, to secure robust governance and effective risk management across the offering lifecycle

The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring deep knowledge of the investment product suite across IP&S. You’ll combine this with a strong understanding of the UK Wealth Management market, including regulatory frameworks, competitive dynamics and emerging trends.
You’ll also need a proven track record of formulating and delivering strategic business plans, including oversight of multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale initiatives, that drive growth and innovation.
We’ll expect you to have:
- The ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders, acting as a recognised subject matter expert on complex investment and propositional matters
- Strong experience leading and delivering through cross‑functional teams, making sure strategic and operational alignment across investment offerings
- A collaborative approach to working across diverse stakeholders and business areas, enabling integrated and coherent proposition delivery
- Significant experience and understanding of fund structures and relevant regulations
