Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office one day per week (find out more about our hybrid working policy).
We’re open to applications from people who may require flexible working arrangements. There’ll be an opportunity to discuss your flexible working requirements during the interview process, and at offer stage.
We’re reshaping our Digital, Technology and Data function for the future, creating new opportunities, strengthening our capability, and building clearer, more resilient ways of working so we can deliver even better services for our Co-op, our colleagues, members and customers.
We're looking for an Office 365 Change & Adoption Analyst to join our Colleague Enablement & Insights team and help us shape how colleagues across Co-op adopt and get value from the technology they use every day. As part of our Digital Workplace domain, you'll work closely with our Collaboration, EUC and Automation Services team to drive the successful adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and other collaboration tools through engaging communications, training, insight-led improvements and change activities that help colleagues embrace new ways of working.
Why this role matters
In this role, you'll help shape the colleague experience across Co-op, driving engagement with Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools that support collaboration, productivity and innovation. It's an exciting opportunity to combine change management, communications, training and data-driven insights while working with stakeholders across the business, influencing high-profile technology initiatives and helping colleagues get the most from the tools available to them.
What you’ll do
- Support the Release Manager to develop and deliver adoption strategies, communications, and engagement plans that drive the successful use of Office 365 and related collaboration tools across Co-op.
- Create, publish, and coordinate clear, engaging communications about projects, updates, and changes, tailoring messages for colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, guidance materials, and resources that help colleagues get the most from Office 365, Power Platform, and other collaboration tools.
- Provide ongoing user support and guidance, working with technical and operational teams to ensure solutions meet colleague needs and deliver a positive user experience.
- Work closely with Technical Operations and other stakeholders to understand the impact of technology changes, helping to identify risks, mitigations, and opportunities to improve adoption.
- Manage and grow the Office 365 Champions Network, building engagement and promoting best practice across the business.
- Gather and analyse user feedback, engagement metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Use dashboards, reporting, and insights to monitor adoption, service performance, and delivery progress, supporting informed decision-making across the domain.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
