Location: Head Office, Horwich, Bolton

Duration: Up to 2 weeks

Hours: 25 - 35 hours per week

We are offering a short term placement opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to gain experience within a varied, busy office environment. This is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative skills, learn about office operations, and gain insight into a professional workplace.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the team with day-to-day office tasks
  • Maintain in bound and out bound deliveries
  • Audit and organise office supplies
  • Support with business orders and travel arrangements
  • Support with facilities coordination
  • Report any broken or faulty equipment
  • Learn about different administrative processes and systems

What we're looking for

  • Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Is reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Has good communication skills
  • Is organised and has attention to detail
  • Has basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
