The Role
We are looking for an organised, accurate and commercially minded E-commerce & Office Administrator to join our team.
A key focus of this position will be supporting our growing second-hand jewellery business, helping us prepare and upload jewellery for sale across our website and online marketplaces.
Alongside the e-commerce element of the role, you will provide general administrative support within our busy Hatton Garden office.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating and uploading second-hand jewellery listings
- Adding product titles, descriptions, specifications and pricing
- Uploading and organising product photography
- Maintaining accurate product and stock information
- Managing and updating listings across our website and online marketplaces
- Supporting online orders and general e-commerce administration
- Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
- Data entry and general office administration
- Managing emails and assisting with customer and internal enquiries
- Working closely with different members of the HGM team to ensure information is accurate and up to date
About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised and has excellent attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with computers, managing information accurately and learning new systems.
You do not need to be a jewellery expert — full training on our products and processes will be provided.

Experience with Shopify, eBay, e-commerce, product listings, online retail or jewellery would be advantageous, but the right attitude, organisation and attention to detail are equally important.
You will ideally be:
- Highly organised and methodical
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Confident using computers and online systems
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- A strong written communicator
