Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant to provide support across all departments including Management, Accounts, and Purchasing. This is a varied role that requires someone who is highly organised, computer literate, and comfortable working to deadlines with a proactive attitude.

- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
- 12 month contract
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day business and administrative support to Management, Accounts, and all Departments.
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Supporting the Direction with Ad hoc duties
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and dealing with mail
- Typing, data entry, filing, scanning, and shredding
- Greeting clients / organising refreshments for clients and visitors
- Managing travel arrangements, meetings, bookings, and office administration.
- Working with spreadsheets, databases, and online portals (such as construction software)
- Health and Safety Administration and O&M Manuals
- Assisting with ordering/purchasing consumables and stationery including raising purchase orders.
- Stock Management
- Arranging deliveries

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with documents, forms, and online portals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferable but not a must:
- Administration experience
- Sage 50
