Office Administrator – Temporary Position

Location: London

Employment Type: Freelance

Role Purpose

The Office Administrator will provide efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office support activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and room bookings.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate filing and document management systems.
  • Support communication and coordination between departments and external parties.
  • Assist with employee and visitor arrangements when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
