Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Wakefield. The Office Administrator will coordinate day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and visitors, supporting basic customer service tasks, and preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials. The role also involves overseeing office supplies and equipment, scheduling appointments, and assisting colleagues with administrative requests. The successful candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication flows efficiently across the team.
