HB Enoch & Owen is an established accountancy practice in West Wales, providing comprehensive Accountancy, Tax, Business Advice, and Probate services. The firm focuses on exceptional client service and encourages year-round contact, supporting clients with day-to-day queries and longer-term planning. As the only accountancy practice in West Wales to hold Chartered Tax Adviser status, the team offers a high level of tax expertise and professional excellence.
Role Description
The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Carmarthen. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling phone calls and email correspondence, greeting visitors, and maintaining a professional reception area. The Office Administrator will organize and update client records, schedule appointments and meetings, and support the accountancy and tax teams with document preparation and filing.

Qualifications
- Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, preferably with experience in managing day-to-day office operations.
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment and basic IT tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, and document management systems).
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Ability to organize workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment, ideally in finance, accountancy, or legal, is beneficial.
- Relevant qualification or training in administration or business support is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
