Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Cambridge (Fully Onsite)

Salary: £29,000 – £30,000

An established and professional organisation is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of its Cambridge office. This is a varied position, offering responsibility across office coordination, administrative support, and internal operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting wider business functions including events and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls
  • Oversee general office administration, including post, access systems, and facilities coordination
  • Support the organisation of internal events, meetings, and workshops
  • Coordinate catering and meeting arrangements for onsite activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks across the wider business, including HR-related processes
