Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: £25,600 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday with a Saturday shift every couple of months on rota basis

Key Responsibilities Of The Office Administrator
- Managing customer applications from approval through to completion
- Keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process
- Working closely with colleagues and third parties to keep things moving
- Spotting and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems
- Supporting the team to deliver a smooth, high quality customer experience
- Handling inbound enquiries and providing excellent service

Skills & Experience
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with people
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast paced environment
- Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
You’ll receive a competitive salary of £25,600 plus commission, with realistic on target earnings of £30,000 per annum.
