About The Role

As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Acting as the central point of contact for office operations, HR administration, and logistics, you will support a wide range of activities across the organisation. This is a varied and hands-on role, offering ownership of core administrative processes and the opportunity to contribute to an efficient, well-organised, and positive working environment.

This is an office-based role with multi-site requirements. Based in Hastings with visits to Manchester and Reading offices at least once a month.

What You’ll Do

  • Office & Facilities Management
    • Manage day-to-day office operations including coordination with landlords, property managers, and service providers
  • Vendor & Budget Management
    • Manage relationships with local suppliers and service providers
  • Administration Support
    • Provide administrative support for local HR & Recruitment activities
  • IT Support
    • Provide basic IT support for office-based staff and liaise with central IT teams
  • Communication & Engagement
    • Support internal communications and company announcements
    • Organise office-specific staff social events and leadership office visits
  • Compliance & Recordkeeping
    • Help maintain accurate files and documentation for regulatory compliance
    • Support health and safety audits and compliance requirements
