Office Coordinator
Bow, East London
Up to £35,000 basic + bonuses
Are you highly organised, proactive and looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We’re recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join a growing and ambitious estate agency. This is a varied hybrid role combining office administration, compliance, property marketing and business development. You’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while also helping to generate new sales and lettings opportunities.
The role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Managing calls, emails, post and general office communications
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with appointments, viewings and administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Carrying out AML checks and ensuring files remain compliant
- Preparing Terms of Business, valuation letters and client documentation
- Coordinating photography, floorplans and property marketing
- Uploading and preparing property listings and brochures
- Generating new business opportunities from an existing database
- Building relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
- Following up leads and helping secure new sales and lettings instructions

About you:
You'll ideally have experience within estate agency, property administration or office coordination and be confident managing a busy workload. A strong understanding of AML and compliance would be highly beneficial, along with excellent organisation, communication skills and a proactive approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office but also has the drive to get involved in business development and growing the agency.
