A Place to Make a Difference

Location: 100% onsite, Bradford office

Salary: £26,780 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

With over 22,500 homes across the country, we’re responsible for supporting thousands of customers and their families.

We’re proud to build positive, long-lasting relationships that go beyond housing. The work we do supports our customers and creates vibrant communities where people of all backgrounds can thrive.

If you pride yourself on delivering the best customer care and want to use your skills to make a positive impact on families and communities, there’s a place for you at Accent.

Help create a workplace where everyone feels welcome

A warm welcome. A well-prepared meeting room. The supplies colleagues need, just when they need them. These everyday details make a real difference and you could be the person who brings them together.

As our Office Administrator, you’ll help keep our offices running smoothly, creating a safe, organised and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. You’ll join a close-knit team in an organisation with a social purpose, where your ideas are valued and you can help improve the way we work.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied, practical role with people at its heart. You’ll:

  • Create a great first impression: welcome visitors warmly, help them feel comfortable and represent Accent with care and professionalism.
  • Keep the office running smoothly: order office supplies and kitchen stock, keeping everyday essentials available.
  • Get meetings off to a good start: prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments and organise catering when requested.
  • Help maintain our workplaces: coordinate with external contractors to support well-maintained facilities.
  • Support a safe working environment: provide essential administrative support to our facilities and health and safety teams.
  • Connect our offices: work closely with your colleagues at other Accent offices to provide a consistent experience across sites.
  • Make things better: share ideas, spot opportunities for improvement and help put practical solutions into action.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is visible and your ideas matter. Working alongside colleagues across our offices, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the workplace experience, not just keep things ticking over.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
