Office Administrator
London | Stunning Office | £35,000 - £40,000 | 3 Days In Office | ASAP Start
This is a seriously cool opportunity for a brilliant, hands-on administrator to join one of the most exciting start-ups we've worked with.
We ideally need someone who can start ASAP.
We're partnering with a hugely exciting, well-backed start-up operating at the intersection of AI, technology and content.
They're growing quickly, the office is genuinely stunning and the people are brilliant. Now they need someone to help keep everything running.
This isn't a slow-paced admin role where everything is already perfectly organised. There's lots happening. Lots being built. Lots to organise. Lots to fix.
And that's exactly why this role is exciting.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercial, fun and FAST. Someone who sees something that needs doing and just gets on with it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing
- Providing hands-on operational and administrative support across the business
- Diary management and meeting coordination for the leadership team
- Setting up meetings, rooms, equipment and VC technology
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities and supplies
- Managing suppliers, procurement and general office contracts
- Coordinating new starter onboarding, equipment and access
- Supporting employee administration and offboarding
- Helping with project administration, processes and general problem solving
The role is genuinely varied. One minute you'll be organising a leadership meeting, the next you're onboarding someone, sorting a supplier, fixing an office issue or making sure the tech works for an important meeting.
