Job Opportunity: Experienced Office Administrator

Knightsbridge International Real Estate is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day workings of a busy estate agency and can provide strong administrative support across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining property and client records on Reapit
  • Preparing and processing invoices, commission statements, and general accounts administration
  • Supporting the sales and lettings teams with day-to-day administration
  • Preparing property details, brochures, window cards, and marketing materials
  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across portals
  • Managing compliance documentation and ensuring files are complete and up to date
  • Assisting with AML, Right to Rent, and other relevant property compliance processes
  • Coordinating photography, EPCs, floorplans, and other property-related appointments
  • Supporting the progression of sales and lettings transactions
  • Managing general office administration, correspondence, and supplies
  • Liaising professionally with clients, landlords, tenants, buyers, solicitors, and contractors

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working within an estate agency is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Reapit would be a significant advantage.
  • You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential, particularly when dealing with invoicing, compliance, and property records.
  • We are looking for someone who is proactive rather than reactive. Someone who notices what needs doing and gets it done.
