Imagine being the calm, organised centre of a company that’s changing how diagnostics are delivered worldwide.
At LEX Diagnostics, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for an Office Administrator who enjoys bringing order to complexity and supporting people to do their best work.
Whether you’re already an experienced Administrator or someone ready to grow into a broader support role, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a business on an exciting growth journey.
Why this role matters
You’ll be the backbone of our day to day office operations. You’ll help keep things running smoothly as we grow, supporting teams across the business and ensuring our office, processes and suppliers are well managed.
As we scale manufacturing and strengthen relationships with a smaller group of key suppliers, the role may refocus over time. For the right candidate, this offers a genuine development opportunity by expanding your skills, taking on more responsibility, and shaping how the role evolves alongside the business.
What you’ll be doing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
