Imagine being the organised person who helps a growing company run smoothly while you're still learning the ropes.
At LEX Diagnostics we're scaling quickly and looking for an Office Administrator who's organised, reliable, and ready to learn.
You don't need years of office experience. What matters is that you're organised, willing to muck in, and happy to pick things up as you go.
Why this role is a good place to start
You'll support the day to day running of the office and help the team stay on top of the small things that keep everything moving. As we grow, the role can grow with you, more responsibility, more variety, and a chance to build real workplace skills rather than just "helping out."
What The Team Is Like
We're a friendly, down to earth bunch. Some days the office is quiet. Other days a delivery turns up and everyone pitches in. It's varied, collaborative, and not a stuffy corporate environment. You'll be part of a small team that helps each other out.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll learn and then own the everyday running of the office, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
