Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems. This position requires strong clerical skills.
The Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including formatting technical reports, managing and co-ordinating diaries, collating and approving expenses and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work independently to ensure the smooth running of our consultancy and training services.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Format technical reports to a high standard, ensuring they appear consistent and professional.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team, ensuring all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- Organise travel arrangements for the team, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.
- Ensure all office supplies are ordered and stocked, and equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.
- Assist with other general administrative tasks, as required.

Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with formatting technical reports is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
Pay:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours:
20.0 per week
