Salary: Up To £26,700 - £28,000 (depending upon experience)
Location: Green Lane, Walsall
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent | 40 hours per week
About Us
IWS M&E mitigates and manages risk from mechanical and electrical failures for a wide range of customers in the public and private sectors throughout the UK.
An established Principle Contractor and Designer within the MEICA Process sector, IWS M&E’s specialisms include pump diagnostics and refurbishment, turn-key project management, chemical dosing and control, and plant and infrastructure maintenance with emergency response.
The Role
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our Integrated Water Services (Mechanical & Electrical) team. This Administrator role is to provide support across the whole business in line with all functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance across the whole business ensuring all necessary support is given where required.
- Working closely with the Operations, Delivery and Finance Teams, whilst also providing support to SMT for all clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation such as phone calls, post and emails. Being the main point of contact for personnel within the company and external parties.
- Raise purchase orders in the accounting system for anything overheads related.
- Collation of monthly timesheet data and preparation of the monthly reports.
- Maintaining and updating information and records across the various systems within the business.
- Fleet management, allocations and database maintenance.
- Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
- Office management and general clerical duties, including Meeting room scheduling, Stationery and office supply control.
- Upload documentation as and when necessary, in line with business requirements, printing and scanning.

What You'll Need
- Working knowledge of MS Office Packages.
- Proficiency in cloud-based systems and documentation control and management.
- A great team player with a willingness to show desire and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Good organisation skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills.
