💼 The Opportunity

As Office Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Operations, People & Culture, Sales and Leadership teams. Based at our London HQ in Moorgate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of key operational and administrative functions across the business.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide contractor operations support, including onboarding, contract administration, compliance coordination and contractor engagement activities.
  • Manage shared inboxes, client recruitment portals and CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy and excellent service delivery.
  • Support customer and employee experience initiatives, including candidate placements, employee recognition programmes and NPS tracking.
  • Coordinate company events, sales meetings, incentive trips and internal initiatives in partnership with the People & Culture team.
  • Assist with HR administration, onboarding, employee lifecycle documentation and HR system management.
  • Provide administrative support across Marketing, Learning & Development, Operations and Internal Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Support the Executive Leadership team with travel arrangements, expenses and stakeholder coordination.

🎯 What You'll Bring

  • At least one year of administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment, ideally within a recruitment or sales business.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, adaptable approach to work with a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across different functions.
