Role Description

The Office Administrator role is a full-time or part-time, on-site position based in Londonderry. The Office Administrator will manage daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and supporting documentation for projects. This role will involve operating office equipment, preparing reports, and assisting with data entry and filing to ensure smooth office operations. The Office Administrator will act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing clear communication and responsive customer service. The position also includes coordinating office supplies, supporting onboarding paperwork, and contributing to an organized, efficient workplace.

  • Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support project teams and partners.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is beneficial, preferably in a construction or technical services environment.
  • A relevant qualification or certification in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Londonderry and collaborate positively within a diverse team environment.
