About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their growing team on a part-time remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Office Administration, Administrative Support, Business Support, Customer Service, Data Entry, or for graduates and career changers looking to build a successful administration career. Full training will be provided.

As an Office Administrator, you'll support day-to-day business operations by maintaining records, coordinating administrative tasks, updating company systems, and ensuring the smooth running of office processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support.
  • Maintain company records, databases, and digital files.
  • Process documents and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and administrative tasks.
  • Respond to emails and support internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and data management.
  • Support the smooth running of daily business operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Business Support Administrator, Data Administrator, Office Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, or Operations Administrator is beneficial but not essential.
