Office Administrator
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: up to 35k pa plus benefits
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our client's growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while working closely with our HR, Facilities and IT functions.
No two days are the same—you'll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and efficient workplace for employees and visitors alike.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the office
- Welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings and events
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding and recruitment activities
- Coordinating office maintenance, suppliers and facilities services
- Assisting with Health & Safety and workplace compliance
- Supporting IT equipment, office assets and new starter setups
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Team
About you:
- 2+ years' office administration experience (or an ambitious graduate ready to grow)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft 365)
- Full UK driving licence required
