FredShaw & Co Ltd are delighted to announce that we are in a position to seek for an office administrator to help with the general roles as noted below. The role is quite varied meaning that days are not repetitive.

Role Description

  • Organising and updating training certificates for employees, i.e. skill cards, 1st Aid, mobile platform certificates etc.
  • Booking of raw materials to jobs.
  • Purchasing workwear.
  • Completing questionnaires for accreditations.
  • Organising small transport and courier services.
  • Organising accommodation for employees working away from site.
  • General payments, road tolls, etc.
  • Checking clock cards against time sheets.
  • Checking vehicle trackers against time sheets.
  • Matching product delivery notes against orders and labelling for works.

Holiday entitlement

  • 35 days paid holiday per year, including Bank holidays.

The rate of pay

  • Flexible based on ability, circa £14.50-£16.50hr.

Working hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.35pm and Friday 8.30 am to 12.30pm.
