Role Description

The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office and project operations. Responsibilities include:

This position requires a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, busy office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, with experience managing daily office operations.
  • Ability to use and maintain Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, and IT tools.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Previous experience in construction or property-related environments is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Stafford, supporting the team in a full-time capacity.
