The Role
First Intuition South provides accountancy training from its office in central Bristol as well as a location in Exeter. We are looking for a confident and reliable individual to join our Operations Team who will be the first point of contact for our students and tutors in our Exeter office. The position is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Processing student bookings via our TMS system
- Ordering study materials for upcoming classroom courses and organising sending out materials for students studying remotely
- Sense checking reports from tutors to send out to clients following a course
- Managing the general inbox and replying to all queries in a professional and timely manner
- Answering the phone, taking accurate messages, and passing them onto the correct person
- Tidying and replenishing items in the student common area, including ordering additional supplies as and when needed
- Greeting students/visitors and accepting deliveries
- Handling exam bookings and managing the scheduling of these
- Exam invigilation
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with staff who are not based in the office
Skills / Competencies Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible attitude and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (using Teams, Microsoft Office, and Outlook) and willingness to learn more specialised systems
