Fast-Tech has grown significantly over the last few years and we are now starting the next stage of our journey.
With that growth comes more projects, more customers, more engineers, more paperwork… and, naturally, more organised chaos.
So, we are looking for someone special to join our office team.
We need an Office Administrator who is organised, confident and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where no two days are quite the same.
But just as importantly, we’re looking for the right person.
Someone who enjoys being part of a team, loves a laugh and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when things get busy.

You’ll be joining a growing business operating across automated gates, barriers, turnstiles, access control and integrated security systems, supporting projects throughout the UK.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable juggling different priorities
- Good general IT and administration skills
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked
- A team player who can handle a busy office and still have a laugh along the way
