About The Role
Based in central Bristol, this Office Administrator role offers £14 per hour on a full-time, temporary basis with flexible hours and an early Friday finish. The contract runs for an initial eight weeks, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Your duties blend traditional administration with facilities coordination and health and safety support. You will ensure the workplace remains organised, safe, and efficient for staff and visitors. About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Administrator to join a busy office environment, supporting the day-to-day running of the workplace. This is a varied role combining administration, facilities coordination and health & safety support, ensuring the office remains safe, organised and running efficiently for employees and visitors alike.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance of office-based administration and hands-on facilities work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and keep communal areas well organised.
- Manage office supplies, deliveries, storage and equipment.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate facilities and health & safety records.
- Set up meeting rooms, workshops and client events.
- Arrange waste collections and ensure compliance with disposal procedures.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks and report building issues.
- Assist with routine health & safety checks, COSHH records and audit preparation.
- Safely move equipment and materials, including travelling to off-site storage when required.

About You
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organised with strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Able to manage a varied workload and work independently.
- A confident communicator with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with a hands-on role involving manual handling and working at height (training provided).
- A holder of a full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in facilities, office administration or workplace support is desirable.
