Role Description
The Office Administrator role at Greenview is a full-time, on-site position based in Carryduff. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files and documentation. The Office Administrator will support scheduling and coordination of meetings, assist with handling inquiries from clients and suppliers, and ensure that office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered as needed. The role also includes providing administrative support to management and project teams, preparing basic reports, and contributing to a professional and efficient office environment.

- Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily office operations and support teams effectively.
- Experience working with Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, telephony systems, and basic IT tools.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, liaise with clients and suppliers, and support internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfort with learning new systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Carryduff, collaborating with colleagues and maintaining a professional office presence.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within building services, facilities, or a related sector, is beneficial.
- Relevant qualification in administration, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
