Role Description
The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coatbridge. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including:

The Office Administrator will coordinate schedules, assist with logistics and delivery documentation, and ensure smooth communication between the office, manufacturing operations, and customers. Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing office supplies
- Organizing files
- Using office equipment to produce and process paperwork
- Providing frontline customer service to visitors and clients
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily office operations and documentation.
- Candidates should be proficient in using Office Equipment and common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Sage50 and Sage Payroll experience is essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Relevant skills such as time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are important for success in this role.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is beneficial.
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required; further vocational or administrative training is an advantage.
