What are we looking for?
We currently have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Head Office admin team which is the organisational hub of the business. As one of our Office Administrators you will be assisting in daily office needs and supporting our teams within in Head Office, the Bakery and the Retail divisions with a variety of general administrative duties.
A typical day in this Office Administrator position will involve:
- You will be responsible for all general office administration, acting as the first point of contact for all customer service and store queries
- Managing business communication – answering calls and emails and ensuring accurate messages are relayed to the relevant individuals.
- Assisting the team to direct to the relevant department including external IT support.
- Managing the upkeep of the kitchen and communal areas.
- Processing stationery orders ensuring there are adequate stock levels at all times and budgets are adhered to.
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety. This will include conducting risk assessments, following up on actions, ensuring the office environment is risk free, booking and logging any required maintenance.
- Dispatching stationery, uniform and other requests from stores.
- Monitoring Web orders and ensuring orders processed by bakery team
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures, ensuring necessary information is communicated to the team.
- Helping to plan and organise company events.

Skills Required
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be flexible and willing to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent IT Skills and confident in using Microsoft Office Excel (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to multi-task
- Good attention to detail
- Great team player

Pay & Hours:
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum. The role is based on 5 shifts per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when required by the business.
